Are you ready to start filming your first Youtube Video?
If you already followed the 3 tips on starting your channel, You are ready to film and upload your first video. Before You start filming I want to make sure I help you create the best video you can!
1. Be Yourself
When filming any video you always want to make sure you are being yourself. When someone is watching a video they want to see the real you and get to know the real you. It will be scary at first to starting chatting with the camera but it will come naturally where it feels okay to film. For some people, it might take 10 minutes and for other people, it might take 2 filming days or more. No matter how long it takes you just make sure to be yourself. Share real facts about you, real struggles, what really goes on because that is what subscribers want to see.
2. Setup/Lighting
You might think you need a big camera and perfect lighting to film but it is nothing like that. When you are filming just make sure to have light. That visually means to film in front of a window or by a bright light bulb. Once you get that bright lighting then start your filming. As in filming, you can totally film your video on your phone. It is so common now that YouTubers use their phones to film and you can not even tell. So now grab your phone and sit by the perfect lighting and you are ready to start your recording.
3. Topic
When filming the first video you want to make sure your topic is A1. When filming your first video it is most likely to film a Q&A or an introduction video. I really recommend doing that because you are able to open to your viewers straight from your first video. It is really important to have your viewers understand you and know you before starting any other videos
4. Just have fun
If you mess up its totally okay just edit it or even leave it in. If you say something you were not planning to say it is totally okay. Just relax and record your videos.
